This 4th floor attic apartment in the historical centre of Valencia
has recently been refurbished and decorated in a stylish design with high exposed beamed ceilings. It has
two balconies and access to the roof terrace with views over to the Torres de Quart.
The towers you can see
from the apartment are where the old city walls used to be and you can still see the potholes from the civil war. The
flat is in a perfect location as it is central but without being in a tourist zone so you can still get a feel of life in
valencia for the locals and have supermarkets, local bars and restaurants.
This apartment was originally
a two bedroom apartment but has been renovated to have a large dining room table, open plan kitchen and balcony overlooking
the covered fresh produce market in front of the apartment, a double bedroom in the middle (cool and quiet) and a back living
room with sofa, sofabed and back balcony. The high beamed ceilings keep it cool in the summer. A modern bathroom
with shower, wc and bidet. There is access to the roof terrace and terrace furniture for an evening drink overlooking
the city or some sunbathing. All furniture and utilities are of a high standard and make this a home from home.
It can sleep 4 adults.
As well as being
close to the main touristic squares of Valencia, less than a ten minute walk north and you are at the River Turia where the
water has been diverted and is now a 10 km city park. At one end you have the new BioPark zoo and at the other you have
the City of Arts and Sciences and then the beach. The main high street shops are a ten minute walk (or one metro stop). For
nightlife you are spoilt for choice as, if you head towards the towers you are in the lively 'El Carmen' district
but for something away from the crowds go left and explore the area around Calle Juan Llorens. For those of you in town
for buisness, the Palacio del Congreso is only two stops by metro or a few minute taxi ride.

and loved the market in the square. We bought great local products and felt like we were in real Spain but with all the creature

The apartment was perfect for my wife and I and our two kids. The stairs wouldn't be good for those with

The apartment
is available July, August and September. Christmas and New Year, Easter and Las Fallas holidays.
The price
is from 500 a week depending on the date and length of stay. Minimum 1 week.
HOW TO BOOK
Contact me by email or call me to check availability and then give a 25 % deposit to secure booking. This can be paid
via paypal or into a UK or Spainsh bank account. The remainder of the money is to be paid upon arrival.
